By creating an account or using RyannPlan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What RyannPlan does
RyannPlan is a tool for planning group trips, recording shared costs and working out who owes whom. It helps you keep track of payments between trip members, but it does not move money, hold funds or process payments. All payments happen outside RyannPlan, between members directly.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information, especially names and payment details other members rely on.
Your content
- You own the trips, expenses, receipts and other content you add. You allow RyannPlan to store and display it to the people it is shared with, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that exposes other people's private information.
Amounts, balances and AI suggestions
- Balances, settlement suggestions and exchange-rate conversions are calculated from what members enter. Check important amounts before paying.
- AI recommendations and receipt scans can be wrong or out of date. Check opening hours, prices and dietary suitability yourself.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse RyannPlan: no attempts to access other people's trips without being invited, to disrupt the service, or to use it for fraud. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Availability and liability
RyannPlan is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, RyannPlan is not liable for losses arising from its use, including disputes between trip members about money.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use RyannPlan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
